How can I make a purchase on Ulo?

Shopping on Ulo is easy:

  1. Login to ulotravel.co

  2. To add items to cart, click on Add to Cart for the item you wish to purchase

  3. To review the items in your cart, click on the Cart link, located at the top right of the page.

  4. Once you are ready to place the order, click on Checkout

  5. Fill in the details for your shipping

  6. Click on Proceed to Purchase and choose your preferred payment method

  7. Review your order and total amount before completing the payment

  8. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order if not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

Can I order without an account on Ulo?

All Ulo customers create an account so that they can track their items, review past purchases and receive a more personalised customer experience.

I am having problems logging into my account

If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognised, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please clear your cache and browser history. Close and open a new browser.

  2. Make sure you are using the same email address and password that you registered with.

  3. If you are unable to remember your password, click on Forgot your password? link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account.

  4. If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If you continue to experience problems, please contact customercare@ulotravel.co with the details and screenshots of the error.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password? Enter your email address and click on the Send Password button to receive a new password which will be sent to the email address specified.

How long does it take to confirm my order? Will I receive an order confirmation?

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Please check your inbox for an Order Confirmation email.

Can I call Ulo to place an order?

Unfortunately for security purposes, our Customer Care team cannot place orders over the phone for you. If you need assistance to guide you through the online process please contact our customer care team at customercare@ulotravel.co

Why has my payment not gone through?

Pop Up Blocker: Please ensure that the settings for POP-UP BLOCKER for browser is set to OFF. Otherwise the relevant transaction pages from the banks cannot be displayed and your transaction will not be processed.

Card Details Entered incorrectly: please try again and enter your details exactly as they appear on your card.

Session Time Out: please refresh the page and try again. Do note that the payment will not go through and no amount will be deducted.

Can I revise my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We want to deliver your purchases on time, therefore we are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed.

How can I remove an item in my shopping cart?

To remove an item in your shopping cart, you can click on the cart icon on top of the Ulo webpage, to go to your shopping cart. Click on Remove item icon. Your cart will be updated and the item will be removed.

How do I search for a product that I want to purchase on Ulo?

You can search for a product on Ulotravel.co using the search engine tool located on the top of the page and typing in your key words. You may also search for items by using the category listings on the shopping navigation bar.

What if I can't find the product I am searching for on Ulo?

If you cannot find a product you are searching for then please contact our customer care team at customercare@ulotravel.co. They can advise on other suitable products and we will also take care to note your requirements so we can add those items in future to our product catalogue.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed. If you have changed your mind, upon receipt of the item as long as it is unopened, you can return it immediately.

I am facing problems ordering through my mobile device

Ulotravel.co is compatible on most mobile devices and browsers. We suggest restarting the browser and clearing the cache before logging on to Ulotravel.co.

If you continue to face problems, please send a screenshot of the error to customercare@ulotravel.co and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Where is my order confirmation number?

The order confirmation number can be retrieved in your confirmation email and also when you view your Order Status under My Account.

What kind of payment method can I use on Ulo?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

What if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with the item ordered?

Please contact us immediately at customercare@ulotravel.co with your order number, details and an image of the faulty item(s) received. We can then work with you to refund/replace the items promptly.

What are my delivery options and how much is shipping?

We offer fast delivery within 4 hours of order confirmation and payment. We have a standard shipping rate across all orders.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been processed. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Ulo will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Please email us at customercare@ulotravel.coand we will follow up with our logistics partner.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We work directly with the brands and authorised distributors to ensure that all products we sell are authentic.

Can I get a list of ingredients for each product?

Can I request or suggest a product or brand?

We love to hear from our customers, especially about a product we do not currently carry. Please drop us an email at customercare@ulotravel.co
