Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your Ulo purchase.

We are pleased to inform you that Ulo will provide a full refund for any damaged or faulty product as long as the return is scheduled within 24 hours of receiving the product. This is due to the transient nature of our travelling customer community.

We regret we cannot offer returns for opened items or items that are received in good condition. Items that are returned must be unused and undamaged by the purchaser.

Ulo will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible via the original payment method, no later than 5 working days after we have received the goods.

Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider up to 10 working days to credit your account.

How to Return an Item:

  • Step 1:
    Kindly check that you meet the above return conditions
  • Step 2:
    Log into your Ulo account and retrieve the order number related to the return. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account to return unsuitable items.
  • Step 3:
    Email: customercare@ulotravel.co or use the “Get In Touch” link: https://ulotravel.co/pages/contact-us
  • Step 4:
    Please include your order number and describe the reason for the return
  • Step 5:
    Re-package the goods in the original packaging and complete the return slip.
  • Step 6:
    Place the package at the hotel reception where it will be ready for collection by Ulo staff.
